Constantly innovate and improve our complex automated systems, which we use to process $5B+ in payroll. This is of huge importance to tens of thousands of small business owners, and it’s crucial that we get it right.
Constantly communicate with internal teams and anticipate their needs in order to better serve our friends over in support and operations. We’re all about supporting the company as a whole, not just focusing on our individual projects.
