My wife is interviewing with Google about a contracting position and had some questions and was wondering if anyone here who have worked for Google as a contractor in the past can shed some light...
1. Since its contract work does Google have a history to honor the full length of the contract period or is it common for contract to end pre-maturely?
2. I've read some online reviews about how regular employees and interns get treated well but that contractors are often treated worse and wanted to know if anyone here had any experience with that.
3. Of course every contracting job may potentially lead to full time hire but does anyone know the historical percentage of convert here? I think I saw on Quora for interns it was something like well over 60% but curious how that differs for contractors.
I am aware this may also differ from team to team but any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated.
