(I was) very surprised, and decided to look into it closer. It turned out to be due to stream.wav file located in the root of the file system, and information has been actively recorded into it. I listened to it, and (figured out that) microphone has recorded all of the events during the last 2 days: conversations, meetings, etc. I checked my tablet, and there was the same thing happening. Due to my tablet had been "rooted" with CyanogenMod, I was able to figure out the core reason quickly (see the screenshot). It turned out that application Yandex.Navogator was spying after me. I'll be now checking the logs of the home router (I have FreeBSD there, and everything is being recorded/logged), and will be checking where the information has been leaked to. Block and remove the application!
