Ask HN: Mobile app to ask me to log a data point daily

I&#x27;m looking for a simple app that will ping me once daily ( or some other interval ) and ask for a number.. or maybe a multiple choice question. Optionally view graph over time, or export the data. Any ideas?<p>thanks!
