Captain401 is building the perfect retirement savings plan for startups and small businesses. We’re following in the footsteps of great companies like ZenPayroll and Zenefits in making essential HR administration a snap for businesses large and small, and like Wealthfront, in making sound investing strategy accessible to everyone.<p>Even if you’re not a personal finance geek, as an engineer you’ll appreciate the architecture challenge of building a system that can automate trading and accounting for billions of dollars of savings. We’re protecting America’s retirement, so precision and reliability are all important.<p>We’ve raised a very large seed round from top investors, and have significant traction. You’d be working directly with our CTO as our first engineering hire.<p>Most importantly, though, we’re dedicated to making this a great place to work. We want to hire deliberately, looking for people with the potential to grow into technical leaders within our company, even if they’ve never attempted anything this ambitious before.
