Mixpanel is looking for a lead Android developer

1 pointsby suhailover 9 years ago
Hello HN community,
At Mixpanel we're looking for an Android developer to lead three important aspects of our products:
1. The Android SDK used by 100s of millions of users, thousands of companies around the world. And it's completely open source so you'll get the opportunity to work on something that feels like an open source project and interact with the community at large. Check it out here: https://github.com/mixpanel/mixpanel-android
2. You will build the future Mixpanel mobile application for Android. We already have been working on it for iOS so it's fully spec'd out, designed, and ready to be built. And it's an exciting new take on how to do analytics for mobile. The mobile application will be a future large part of our strategy and we have a lot to do!
3. You will build the future of marketing automation on mobile. ExactTarget sold for $2.5B to Salesforce a little while ago doing this for just email and we're going to own mobile marketing automation by making use of all the various ways to communicate and use notifications on Android. There's so many things we can do to empower people to do good marketing vs. spammy marketing.
If you're interested, please email me at suhail@mixpanel.com - we would love to talk to you.
- Suhail, founder @ Mixpanel
