Technical Head of Product<p>Next Caller is looking for a Technical Head of Product to help expand our Advanced Caller ID and Phone Fraud solutions. In this role, you will work with UX and Engineering to author and oversee the execution of Next Caller’s vision and its continued mission to revolutionize an archaic space. Our product is currently being used to stop bank fraud, prescription drug abuse, and even drug trafficking in the trucking industry. You will work directly with the CEO to plan a product strategy and technical roadmap.<p>Responsibilities
- Define a product vision, strategy, and product roadmap
- Work closely with UX, Engineering, and other cross-functional teammates
- Create statistical modeling for measuring fraud and data accuracy
- Manage and grow the product team
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Motivate a group toward a shared goal
- Help scale a SaaS service that has been growing at 40% MoM for the last year<p>Qualifications
- 5+ year of product management experience
- 4+ years of people management
- B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Familiarity of Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Ability to execute statistical modeling and identifying correlations
- Ability or experience to work at scale
- Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a very fast paced environment
-Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team
-Working knowledge of Project Management tools<p>Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Web or Internet start-up environment and technical infrastructure management experience a big plus
