Paris Attacks Blamed on Strong Cryptography and Edward Snowden

...while it should be blamed on spying agencies&#x27; incompetency despite pervasive surveillance.<p>Not that I think they&#x27;re incompetent, just this stance would shift balance in public discussion towards privacy a little.
