Sad though just a few professions can enjoy such flexibility (coders, translators) - I did not put &quot;designers&quot; in it cose I believe the &quot;sales process&quot; is better to be face-to-face. I don&#x27;t see how it could evolve more ? VR could help ?

Once you get into your fifties, getting hired as an engineer in the US gets much harder. A lot of people (myself included) have had to retire early as there&#x27;s no market for older engineers in the area of the country we live in. I would prefer to be working, but employers in my area have other ideas.
