I am looking for really good examples of fairly complex data visualizations that work well on mobile device - phones, tablets. My own experiences with working for that platform has been a bit disappointing. Yes, it could be me, but this got me to wondering how good can it even be. When I thought about it, I couldn't remember a pleasant experience with <i>any</i> non-trivial data viz on a phone/tablet: even if accounting for responsive design, the sluggishness was so distracting that I would just make a mental note to look at it on desktop later.
