What are they?
I've had great success with Elance.com, unfortunately, it has merged into Upwork.com which isn't nearly as good IMO.<p>What are some sites you've had success with? (success = not filled with cheap bastards)
Upwork and www.Freelancer.com I think the leaders by the number of available projects. There is also a lot of buzz about www.toptal.com (but have not tried it yet).
