Lattice (YC W16) is seeking a senior JavaScript developer

1 pointsby ekoszover 8 years ago
Lattice (latticehq.com) is an early stage startup, and we recently went through YC (W16) and raised $3.7 million from Thrive, Khosla, Marc Benioff, Slack Fund, Sam Altman and some others.
We're building HR software to replace the once a year annual performance review with more frequent 360 reviews, regular check-ins, and transparent goal setting. We've launched in May and have since gotten dozens of customers on board like WePay, Teespring, FarmLogs, and others. Our current stack is React / Redux / Relay on the front-end and GraphQL / Express / Postgres on the backend.
We're a young company still with a small team but we think we've found a good vein to go after and are poised to scale things up.
About you: We’re looking for experienced engineers that have a love for all things Javascript.
Responsibility: Because our team is still small, you’ll be given lots responsibly and impact in the overall architecture. You'll work with the team to build company changing features as well as be a decision maker in what direction we take both the code and product.
To apply: Please email eric@latticehq.com with your resume, any past projects you want to highlight, and a note about yourself.
Note: At this time we are not hiring anyone straight out of a coding bootcamp.
