Any update on the recently proposed USCIS startup visa?

On Aug 26 this year, the USCIS proposed a new startup visa, and mentioned it was open to public comments for 45 days. Now that the period has ended on Oct 10, does anyone have any info/update about when can we hear next from them on the matter?
