Hi HN<p>I'm currently in contact with the Google Play customer support over email about an issue with a Google Play Service I'm paying for and I have to say that I feel a little bit like the support staff is not really taking on the problem I have described to them but rather tries to satisfy me with repeating prefabricated standard answer templates.
I really appreciate their work and I assume that there are a dozen other open issues from customers besides me they have to solve.
I'm also working as a software engineer, thus I know what it means to support customers having problems with a product. But what really bothers me is that I feel like they try to feed me with answer templates instead of forwarding me after a good amount of emails to the next support level with deeper expertise.<p>What really interests me is whether anybody else here had a similiar experience with the Google Play Support or any other support from Google?<p>Greets
