This is potentially quite a useful tool! I notice YouTube assigns an identifier to these "anonymous playlists" that can be used in place of a regular playlist's identifier. For example, I created an anonymous (not anymore, I suppose) playlist [0] which was assigned the identifier TLGGZ9coqO_9A0MxNTAzMjAxNw.
