TurnKey Core Beta released - based on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx)

I'm currently running vanilla Ubuntu 10.04 on my Linode, but this looks like a solid offering, bringing together a lot of services so that things work 'out of the box'.<p>Have any HNers used this? Is it good enough to switch?

How does one deploy on of their images on EC2 (without using their beta cloud offering) ?
