We want this to be the best job you will ever have.<p>&#x2F;&#x2F;About the Job&#x2F;&#x2F;<p>We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our product development team and drive growth throughout our core repair business and new expanding verticals. You will work closely with the data engineering, marketing, and product teams to identify new growth opportunities by conducting experiments and ad hoc analyses. Your mission is to drive improved conversion, user engagement, and growth across multiple acquisition channels.<p>This role requires a high level of analytical thinking, collaboration, attention to detail, and project management, as well as proven expertise and a track record of driving customer acquisition growth. As a performance marketing analyst, you will be be constantly digging into data, ideating, experimenting, analyzing and iterating - fast! You will leverage your skills in multivariate and A&#x2F;B testing strategies to test new product concepts and features that improve conversion and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will design and execute experiments, analyze results, then present findings to members of leadership to help develop a deeper understanding of our customers and market and inform important business decisions. You will also create new dashboards and visualizations to measure product impact and organization-wide KPIs.<p>&#x2F;&#x2F;About you&#x2F;&#x2F;<p>You are a results-oriented data geek with a focus on growth. You have a proven track record of applying a structured experimental approach to optimize SEM targeting and spend, improving existing customer acquisition funnels and discovering new ones. You take a data-driven approach to identify the highest impact areas of opportunity through the customer journey, you seek understanding, and derive meaningful insight from complex data sets, then communicate results to teammates in a clear, simple way. You’re curious and creative, have a bias towards action, and a strong desire to learn.<p>Required Skills&#x2F;Experience:<p>-Proven experience identifying, building, and executing growth mechanisms from scratch in a startup environment -You have 3+ years of experience structuring and implementing rigorous A&#x2F;B tests to drive results across multiple applications and acquisition channels: -Customer discovery and acquisition (SEO&#x2F;SEM) -Conversion through web conversion funnels -Engagement with mobile applications -Email campaigns&#x2F;targeted marketing -You are well versed in Python, mySQL, and other modern analytic tools &#x2F; frameworks.
