Ask HN: How do you hack your backlog of potential tasks and projects to work on?

1 pointsby spIrralmost 8 years ago
1. I've noticed that, pretty regularly, things pop up in conversations that start with "we should think about doing it" and "we should do it at some point". Those usually don't relate to any specific project, and can potentially become their own projects. They're usually not urgent, but may be important and actually deliver value once worked on.
How are you dealing with those things? For me, they usually end up stuck in this backlog and I never to get to think about them or work on them.
