Over the past few years I've switched between github, google drive, dropbox, gmail, workflowy and various other services as the "primary" repository of my personal documents, notes, designs, ideas, todolists etc. Now when I want to find something, I have to search all these services. I really wish I could set up a sync to a local drive and search absolutely everything using good old Unix tools like grep, but I don't see how. Also, it would be great to be able to search photos and videos by date and tag.<p>Does anyone have a good solution to this?
