Hey HN,<p><a href="https://sendnda.online/" rel="nofollow">https://sendnda.online/</a><p>This is my first attempt at building a commercial product. It's a simple service designed to let you send legally binding NDAs to people as quickly and easily as possible. Eventually I would like to expand to other types of contracting.<p>I've been very inspired by Indie Hackers and have decided to take advice learned form there and launch early. The service is fully functional but the payment system (Stripe) is in test mode. This means that you can send a templated NDA to anyone and get a legally binding e-signature for free while we're in beta.<p>Right now Stripe payments are in test mode[0] so when it asks you for card numbers just put in 4242424242424242 for Visa and use and 3 digit CVC number and any future date for expiration. You can sign up for fake subscriptions that will allow you to send unlimited NDAs or you can try the one-time purchase NDA.<p>I built this MVP using Wordpress and as many plugins as possible. This allowed me to get this together in about 12 days. There is still a good bit of custom code in the form of plugin extensions, modification, webhooks, and more.
