Ask HN: Screen luminosity changes when scrolling on HN

I have this really weird behaviour : when I scroll on HN using Chrome, my screen luminosity changes. I could not reproduce it on any other website and it does not happen if I scroll when HN is not focused. Has anyone experienced the same?
