Since our village is placed in a valley I would like to implement a warning system about heavy rain. I want to connect monitoring system, sms gateway and a gauge. Could you recommend a rain gauge with API and ideally with wi-fi interface? I found Netatmo but it seems quite expensive. Is there any other for reasonable price?
