We are in the process of onboarding some board members to our US Delaware Corp subsidiary. Would love to hear from HN members about their experience and general norm<p>1. How much equity (ballpark) should be offered?
2. What is a good size for a board - we are in media/E-learning SAAS business. 3 or 5? Options are to include Media, EdTech, Finance and General members
