I need a recommendation for a customer service tool / social support service. What I am looking for is a place for customers to go to help themselves (FAQ + search) and to be able to give input on how we can improve (like UserVoice). What I don’t want is a traditional type forum. I really like Get Satisfaction but I am looking for alternatives. I was considering something like Stack Exchange but would need to find someone who offers a clone. I thought someone here may have some advice or know of a new startup that is doing something in this area.
