What MySQL (and really, Sun) can learn from PostgreSQL

Am I the only one having a hard time relating the title of the submission with the content of the article?... In fact, what was the content of the article? Postgres lacks in-place upgrades while competitors have it?

Article does not match description at all. If anything, it's what PostgreSQL can learn from MySQL.
