i) The government won't stop destroying the illegal refineries.
ii) The people won't stop setting up illegal refineries.<p>What do you think can be done in this whole scenario so that at least the environment is not destroyed and the vicious cycle can be prevented?<p>On a different note for those not interested in solving: Do you think this is illegal? People mining their own resources? In a way, it belongs to them only.
