Show HN: Live collaborative pixel art, on a 100x100 grid, as a social experiment

This was inspired by reddit's r/place experiment last year, I never tried it but read about it after the fact. It looked fun and I like social collaborative creative things, so I wanted to make a kind of replica of it. That's how this came about.

This is neat. I want a hardware version of this.

Could use a walkthrough, or indicate why clicking right away does not appear to do anything.
