I myself have done a lot of frontend development and UI/UX design. But I feel at my workplace, frontend dev is given less importance and money. :(<p>On the contrary, I think designing good UI/UX requires a lot of creativity and hard work (specially eyes get strained a lot after styling at pixel level).<p>While backend is all about logic, and writing organized code. But I think, thinking logically is straightforward, fun and easy. And writing organized code is something that comes with experience.<p>So, at your workplace, are frontend engineers valued more than backend guys?
