I am being courted (at arms length) for a technical leadership position in a small startup (~30 people). The non-technical founder CEO asked me to come to the office on Friday just to see the place and catch up, but I assume that she'll want me to meet her teams and the other founders. I feel like this is an unofficial interview, but official in the sense that if it doesn't go well there likely won't be a next meeting.<p>What kinds of things should I be aware of when going to their office? What things should I do/say? What should I avoid doing/saying? I'm strongly interested in this position, but it's not a do or die situation if I don't get it.
