I have been trying to get into contact with Pop.co support for weeks now and I have heard nothing. I have been double charged by them and their support hasn't gotten back to me in weeks. I have my domain with them and would like to not lose it.<p>Their website is up and still billing me but I noticed that their social media hasn't been active for some time. Support says they will get back to me within 24 hours (automated message) but never did. They have a phone number that goes straight to voicemail.<p>Are they still functioning or has it failed? Are there any options for recovering my domain from them?
