Hi HN-ers,<p>We're the YC company rebuilding college from the ground up. This past fall we were accredited to grant Bachelor's degrees in Applied Computer Science to our students.<p>We now offer the shortest bachelor's program in the country (2 years) and the first powered by Income Share Agreements (students don't pay until they are employed). Our outcomes are on part with MIT and Stanford, while our student body is 40% underrepresented students of color.<p>We're looking to hire a Head of Marketing & Admissions to join our executive team and help scale our college from 100 to 1000+ students. We have a unique opportunity to create a powerful brand as one of the top colleges in the country and drive much needed innovation throughout higher education.<p>We're looking for candidates with most of the following:<p>- 7+ years work experience in technology or education
- Experience in a leadership role at a $5m+ revenue business
- Experience building scalable process and making data-driven decisions
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people
- Experience teaching and passion for education
- Bonus points if you identify as female or as an underrepresented minority (since over half of our students belong to an underrepresented group in tech)<p>The role presents a unique opportunity to design and scale the future of higher education at a sufficiently de-risked stage of startup.
