Should recruiters reward me for checking their offers?

5 pointsby vladimirsvsv77over 6 years ago
I’m a founder of a startup, and I’m not looking for a job. However, every day I receive 2-3 messages from recruiters. Most of them are irrelevant, so I waste approximately 30-40 minutes every weekend to read them. It’s not a big deal, but why should I do that? I think recruiters can pay for reviewing their offers. Let’s say $10 per each job offer. It’s not a lot for me - about $500-800 per month, but I’m pretty sure that it will make recruiter think twice before sending me one more junior position.
