I've bought a $700 YubiHSM and the documentation for using it is simply incorrect. It just does not work at all with the tools they publish.
Yubico's phone line is a 3rd party answering service and there is no way to reach them directly. They never called back after me making several tickets to call us.
It took a week for them to reply to an email support ticket and the person asked for basic troubleshooting information that I already put in the email.
How are they hoping to disrupt the HSM market if they fail to even support their devices when companies buy them?
twitter: https://twitter.com/LevDubinets/status/1093629155701211136
