Venting<p>I signed up for YouTube.TV less than a month ago. I selected them because it was a lean package that offered sports and live TV at a good price.<p>Yesterday was announced a 25% price increase. The increase was justified by adding unwanted stations.<p>The situation is similar to one I had with GE about 15 years ago. At a time when GE Leasing was trying to get me to lease business equipment from them, a GE insurance subsidiary was stonewalling me on a personal car insurance claim. There were viable competitors so I didn't do business with GE.<p>Now the cloud subsidiary of Alphabet is trying to sell me cloud services at the same time the YouTube subsidiary is subjecting me to capricious product changes. Since there are viable competitors the effect will be the same. It might seem unreasonable but people will be people.<p>/Venting
