I'm wondering if there is any torrent equivalent for making a call in to a radio station contest. There has to be some solution out there to open as many calls as possible to get through the dammed busy signal.<p>Cell phones don't connect fast enough, and Google Voice gives rings until it goes busy.<p>If there's no way to do this yet, perhaps someone smarter than me would be interested in building a phone torrent solution to beat busy signals.
