Not quite, copies still exist in the fuschia repo itself, eg. <a href="https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/fuchsia/+/refs/heads/master/zircon/" rel="nofollow">https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/fuchsia/+/refs/heads/master...</a><p>Could this just be a move to a monorepo organizational scheme?
