I'm building a web app and am using both in-house design from our front end developer as well as using some world class designers. Assuming the business works out, long term is it best to hire an in-house world class designer or to keep contracting out? Will I get better, fresher design and UI if I get someone from the outside? It would be more expensive but is it worth it?
