Hey HN fellows, what are you doing when your head became hot from working, so you can stay productive?<p>This is my routine in order to not get burned:
- Daily meditation (relaxation)
- Play games up to 30 min per day (fun)
- Take 15-30 minutes walk during the work
- Big tasks diversification<p>Other things:
- Exercise daily (at least a stretch)
- Turn off mobile notifications from 7pm to 7am
- Get offline during the weekends and spend time in nature
- Eat healthy so I can digest better and not spend too much energy on digesting
- Sleep between 11pm and 6am<p>I would love to hear something unusual, but effective too :)
