Ask HN: Ways to make an AGM more interesting / valuable?

We have our AGM coming up and rather than do the usual CEO speaking to attendees with little interaction, we were wondering if there were other ways to make it more useful/interesting/ effective. Basically, what would make a good AGM for you?
