Recently I've been looking at doing some freelance work, and came across the issue of what to do if I'm sued. While I hope it never comes to that, I have to keep all my bases covered. It seems as though there's two main options: a standard trial or arbitration.<p>Looking at the options, it seems as though either way I'd be putting quite a lot of money out, and my client would have the upper hand financially. Does one of these options offer the little guy something to use to not go broke if the unfortunate ever happens?
