Hello HN,<p>I'm a student at Purdue University, and I believe I have a very clear case against a towing company regarding illegal towing practices. I've contacted 2 attorneys, both who said I definitely have a case but need to do more research before going further, but didn't quote a specific $ figure if I requested their services.<p>How should I go about this process? Have you ever been involved with a class action lawsuit? This class action would affect anyone who has been towed by this company, but I have no idea how many students/people that would be. The company was founded 18 years ago, but I wouldn't know how long they've been not following the Indiana Code. If the community has any advice, this has been a very legal, confusing process so far.
