Hi,<p>One of my journalist friend who is not very technical got his facebook and email account hacked.<p>Hacker have changed his email address on facebook as well. Now, he is not able to recover facebook account back as email address used is hacker's address which is unknown, something like - s(* 11 times)@o(* 6 times).c*.id<p>Though, I have secured his mail now, but I am finding hard time recovering his facebook - I tried calling his friends and asking to report the profile with "Hacked" option, but it is not helping to recover.<p>Please suggest.<p>Update just if in case you wanted to know: the worst thing - he created new account with his old email and phone number before contacting me - now he has deleted back his new profile and we are both trying to recover his old profile. Local Police has been already notified and complaint has been already lodged just in case, if the profile is misused.<p>All the profile picture and photos all still belongs to my journalist friend, that has not been changed only "name" and email address has been changed in facebook, making it completely unrecoverable.<p>Please suggest,<p>Thanks
