We have a strong competition between cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP and some of smaller players). There are plenty of products which help create cloud-neutral systems too, if one so desires. And unlike net neutrality, one can always chose which cloud provider to use -- there no consumers, for example, which are only served by AWS and not by GCP.
