The Coronavirus Is the Worst Intelligence Failure in U.S. History

Well, the <i>intelligence</i> was there, but the President was not. I think the author&#x27;s point is that the covid-19 outbreak is the worst <i>presidential</i> failure in U.S. History. But FP is probably not capable of publishing that headline.

Have other governments handled it any better though? Seems like most developed countries got screwed, despite having ample lead time from China..

Of course no mention of the Feb 3rd travel ban.
