Weird thing about India&#x27;s decision -<p>1. No official flu season or flu vaccine administration. Doesn&#x27;t effect them?<p>2. Most of the country doesn&#x27;t fall in the temperature&#x2F;humidity band [temp (5-11 C) and RH (44-84%)] of the places that have been hit hard - <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;papers.ssrn.com&#x2F;sol3&#x2F;papers.cfm?abstract_id=3550308" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;papers.ssrn.com&#x2F;sol3&#x2F;papers.cfm?abstract_id=3550308</a><p>3. Compared to other countries low travel&#x2F;business connectivity with Wuhan. They are somewhere below top 20. So most infections are from second hop, third hop in the travel networks to major cities.<p>Given these facts locking down everyone is looking like a big over reaction.
