A privacy-by-design, decentralised, unstoppable and censor-proof blog

Once I was wondering about how to have an alternative to Wikileaks - which could avoid the censorship they experienced and a platform that could give voice to people inside authoritarian governments.
For covering those aspects and making people safe when posting, the platform must consider:
- it needs to be able to run locally, for authors in paranoid mode, - need to protect the author privacy, as also their network addresses, - no monthly paying for service providers, - no domain take-down, - no moving websites through jurisdictions to be available, - no complex infrastructures (webservers, load-balancers, databases, cache, cdn, etc.), - decentralised with no intermediaries, - distributed to avoid censorship, as a p2p network, - unstoppable, no ddos, no rcs, no c2, updates, security patches, etc., - and, easy-to-use - what means at least no programming to post an article.
Read more: https://gateway.ipfs.io/ipfs/QmV3ew3hAqaQM8bWvS8dedWLWo4sF71sEVo3aoteLYyd1z#/ipfs/QmSbg3CCgt5ubq3xTDF3GgmcR1Rn5du91T8DdD6MmZ9mjP or https://eddieoz.crypto (if you are on Opera mobile or have the Unstoppable extension installed)
