Reasons to Hate Linux: 2020 Edition

&gt; Reason #1? Backwards compatibility. As Lunduke sees it, software built for Linux years five to 15 years ago is “a massive, massive headache.”<p>That&#x27;s one of the the things I like about Windows tbh. I end up buying older hardware a lot (often because the only way I&#x27;ll afford it is second hand and a decade out of date) and the drivers will still work fine in Windows. Meanwhile, a minor kernel upgrade on Linux and a driver source often wont even compile.
