It has to be pure software. Some examples would include github subscription, hosting services, mobile apps, games, etc. If you are spending for business, please don't count that.

I spend quite a lot ($500) per month with Office 365 -OneDrive, Google Docs + Google Drive, Dropbox, VPN (mullvad), Github, Squarespace, wordpress, DNSimple, Zoom, Figma, Mural.
