For a small website, a microframework like Flask(<a href="http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/" rel="nofollow">http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/</a>) or Bottle(<a href="http://bottlepy.org/" rel="nofollow">http://bottlepy.org/</a>) is probably the best option.(for Python)
