I take much more than that with each fatty meal or snack, along with K2 MK4, K2 MK7 and Magnesium. It took a while to get up to that level, but I take it for different reasons than most people. I have been removing calcium buildup in my vascular system, specifically around my brain for some time. I was deficient for most of my life which contributed to many problems, including oxalate buildup in the inner ear and calcification in the brain. This is not an area that doctors have much (or any) experience in beyond CAC tests, so I am really on my own with this one.
